Training
National Consultants provide training and education packages across New Zealand. These include training in the Building Act, Building Code, Regulations and the interpretation and use of the Acceptable Solutions and the Verification Method C/VM2.
Alan is the Chair of the Technical Advisory Panel for the Building Officials Institute of New Zealand (BOINZ).
He is also their expert fire trainer and has also provided recent training for Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand (IPENZ) and the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
Alan has trained the majority of consent officers in New Zealand.
